Building Renovation or Renovation Management Service Includes : 

​1. Makes Negotiations and Applications with Administrations for Modification Permits, Provides Coordination.

2.  Before Investment in Extensive Renovation or Renovation Evaluates Static Resistance of Building by Performing Performance Analysis. Investigation Result:

  a) If the Performance Analysis of the Building's Structural System Remains Weak According to the Current Earthquake Code, It Provides the Analysis of Options for Reducing the Cost of Comprehensive Renovation or Renovation or Not Bearing This Cost.

  b) If the Building Needs Reinforcement, First, it Prepares Reinforcement Projects and applies for a Reinforcement License.
