  Kocaeli  As the Governor's Campus Cannot Provide Sufficient Space for All Institutions to Serve, Relocation of the Military Unit of Kartepe District and Izmit District Border Approximately 40 Decares of Land to be Constructed for Additional Service Campus Assigned to the Governor's Office by the Ministry of Interior in 2020 . The Building where Public Service Institutions Can Be Hosted Immediately in Old Official or New Rented Private Buildings, which are currently outside the Existing Campus and are in Scattered Locations, and All Institutions Managing the Province in the Earthquake Zone Will Need According to the Country and City Population Increase Projection for 50 Years as of 2020 The Feasibility Report for the Additional Service Campus, Analyzing the Need for Parking and Parking Areas, was Written in accordance with the APP-2 and APPENDIX-4 Formats of the Strategy and Budget Directorate of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey, Investment Program Preparation Guide for the Period of 2020-2022 and Approved by MARKA (East Marmara Development Agency). Subsequently, the Architectural Preliminary Project of the Designed Campus was submitted to the Governorship YIKOB Directorate (2020-2021).
